As a family with three young kids, we loved the rooms, facilities and service at this hotel. It’s located just off the main road with lots stuff to see and do nearby. The hotel itself has a really bright, fresh feel about it. We all loved the pool area, right next to the bar and also the kids’ play room, which had lots of stuff to keep the little ones entertained. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and the kids just loved the bunk bed in the room! Overall, great little hotel with high quality amenities and really good value especially considering location. Would definitely return.

My sister and i shared a room for a 4 day period and the original room was a standard room with two beds. The room was very small, so I requested another room, which we got at a reduced price. This room was spacious, had a kitchen, table to eat on and a bathtub. However, there were some major problems with the AC, it had three speeds, all very loud and the lowest speed felt like the highest level. Thus we were up and down turning the AC on and off. We did have breakfast, it was average, servers were attentive. No tea pots to have a pot of tea. We also ate at El Santo the Mexican restaurant, it was good, a little pricy. Our last meal was the Japanese restaurant, it was good, pricy though. Service was good. We used the small pool, it had two separate pools, was packed with kids due to the slide. The workout room was average, a decent space, but not Spin bike and not enough variety of weights. The area is realistic for walking to the Sky Train and many shops around the area for massage, dinner, etc.

Excellent staff who were ever ready to help and meet requests. Always cheerful and warm and problem-solvers. Mevika, Phansee-Natt, and Kim at the bell desk provided exceptional service. The ambiance of the place, with a large swimming pool and the excellent restaurant and gym facility, made our stay comfortable. The location is so convenient - close to MTR, BTS and access to taxis is excellent.

A good renovated hotel on Sukhumvit 29, Kid facilities are perfect and pool is relax. Room is also comfortable stay. Service is nice from front office staff and Ms. Jar at pool bar. Hope to have a chance to revisit again in near future with friends and family.

Rooms are nice. Worth for the deal. The location isn't at the best, as locating between 2 BTS and both are a bit far. The check in staffs are friendly but the bell boys are at the worst. One of the bell boys is acting like Sloth. I told them I am in rush, he is still in slow mode. Absolutely annoying. They still need to improve the customer services.
